Connection of Home School

First, taking an early interest in teaching their child when the child is an infant, by playing with the baby and providing stimulating items to encourage play and learning. Then as the baby turns into a toddler, this is a perfect time to teach a little mind all sorts of things. Children at this stage of development are naturally inquisitive. They really are like little sponges, soaking up information as fast as they can. Toddlers can be taught their alphabet, colors, numbers, etc., all in an effort to give the child a head start when it comes to kindergarten classes. Parents are especially important to the learning experience of a child when that child begins kindergarten. Parents also need to inform their child’s teacher when there are difficulties at home. For example, the death of a loved one who was close to the child can impact the child’s emotions and make it difficult for the child to concentrate on schoolwork. In addition, if the child’s parents are having marital problems, or are getting a divorce, the child may act up in class and be having a very difficult time adjusting to all of the changes occurring rather quickly in their young lives.
